Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. However, busy people often find it difficult to prepare a good healthy breakfast before they leave for work in the morning. Making healthy breakfast should not take a lot of your time if you know breakfast menus that can be easily madein under five minutes. Below, I have compiled 5 healthy breakfast menus that can be made in under 15 minutes and these menus are also low cost, very simple and delicious.

The main ingredient is the whole wheat pita bread. This kind of bread is very nutritious as it carries 5.5 grams of proteins and 33 grams of carbs. Whole wheat pita bread contains a lot of complex carbohydrates, which is good to keep you full and energized. Fill this whole wheat pita with scrambled eggs and cheese. Dice some vegetables and use them as garnish. You can also add strawberries on the side. This healthy breakfast is perfect for you and your kids.

All you need is a whole grain tortillas, fill them up with scrambled eggs, add some sausages, low fat cheese along with salsa and avocado for more exotic flavors. This breakfast is filled with complex carbohydrates that will fill your energy and proteins as well.

I have an egg cooker so this healthy breakfast menu is one of my favorites. All you need to do is put your eggs into the cooker and when it buzzes, you know that your eggs are done. Eggs only contain protein and you need to add complex carbohydrates and fibers for a breakfast. So, remember to combine your eggs toasted wheat bread, fruit jelly, some lean sausages and a fruit of your choice on the side.

You can actually make waffles from scratch in under 10 minutes. What you need are 2 cups of whole wheat flour, 0.5 teapoon of baking soda, 1.5 teaspoon of baking powder, 0.5 teaspoon of sea salt, four tablespoons of soft butter, a pinch of stevia, 2.5 cups of almond milk and 2 beaten eggs.

Mix the dry ingredients first and then add the rest of them. Stir until they are perfectly blended. Adjust the milk in accordance to your needs. Cook the mixture for a few minutes evenly on each side. Now that your waffle is done, you can get creative. You can add bananas, blueberries, pumpkins, cinnamons, apples or any other fruits you like. Then you can add maple syrup or honey as the topping. This healthy breakfast is filled with nutritions from all sides.

A classic healthy breakfast and it is timeless too. Just grab a cup of oats, cook them inside a microwave for five minutes. Then stir them in peanut butter or a scoop of whey protein powder. Put some nuts or honey as topping and serve with berries or apples as side dish. Another fine example of a healthy breakfast filled with juicy taste and nutritions.

Smoothies are very easy and fast to make and if you can combine the right ingredients, you can end up with a refreshing and fulfilling healthy breakfast. My favorite smoothies consists of ice, a scoop of strawberry flavored whey protein powder, bananas, pineappe and yogurt. You can add a bit of stevia as sweetener. Put them all into the blender and process them for around 30 seconds and you are done.
